1950 Public company incorporated to acquire Barnett and Foster and Bratby and Hinchliffe[1]

1958 Acquired R. W. Webster (founded 1919), of Waltham Cross, maker of bottling plant[2]

1961 Acquired Orange-Crush Co (London) Ltd[3]

1966 Merged with Dawson Brothers in a new company Dawson and Barfos Ltd[4]
