1876 Company established by Asplan Beldam

1914 Manufacturer of Engine Packings, Asbestos Goods.[1]. Company incorporated.

1937 Engine packing manufacturers. [2]

1967 Over 90% of the shares were acquired by Kleeman Industrial Holdings whose business was to develop the trade of its subsidiary, Beldam Packing and Rubber[3]. Asbestos supplies are obtained from Turner Brothers Asbestos Co.
