1977 J. Bibby and Sons acquired some shares in Sterilin Ltd

1980 Bibby acquired the 60 percent of the shares in Sterilin, a laboratory goods manufacturer, that it did not already own.[1]

1990 Name of J. Bibby Scientific Products Ltd was changed to Bibby Sterilin Ltd

2005 Name changed to Barloworld Scientific Ltd

2008 Name changed to Scilabware Ltd
