1973 Public company; shares traded on the Stock Exchange for the first time[1]

1982 Described as London-based; workforce of 1,000 (cut by half in two years). £17.5 million turnover in heating and ventilation, lift mechanisms and building services.[2]

1985 Subsidiary F. H. Biddle sold one factory in Nuneaton and bought another from the receiver of Meymott Machine Tool[3]

1986 Acquired by Kone of Finland once the heating companies had been spun-off to one of the directors[4]
