1968 Death of Robert William Bill, chairman of the company, aged 92[2]

1973 Acquired by the Delta Metal Co.[3]

1974 Acquired the interests of Heenan Spark in the Monmer Foundry[4]

1998 The Electrical Division was consolidated under the MEM brand

2003 The Electrical Division of Delta was acquired by Eaton Corporation of USA, including the MEM, BILL and Holec brands
