'...us the undersigned, Joseph Sankey and Richard Chambers, carrying on business as Ironmasters and Coalmasters, at the Factory Iron Works, Bilston, and at the Wightwick's Colliery, Tipton, and at the Waterloo Colliery, Sedgley. all in the county of Stafford, under the style or firm of the Bilston Iron Company, has been dissolved, by mutual consent...'[2]
