1862 Founded as Booth, Moores and Marlor by Alfred Booth, Thomas Moores and Samuel Marlor.

1875 Samuel Marlor left the partnership, company continued as Booth and Moores.[1]

1883 Partnership between Alfred Booth and Thomas Moores dissolved. Company continued by Moores under the same name.[2]

c.1932 Company liquidated.
