1834 Welch retired; he was replaced by William Barrows and the name became Bradley, Barrows and Hall; logo became B.B.H. with a crown above.
1838 August 21st. Patent to Richard Bradley, William Barrows and Joseph Hall for an improved method or means of making Iron. [1]
1842 Listed under Coal and Iron Stone Masters 'Bradley, Barrows and Hall, Churchbridge Colliery' [2]
1844 May 21st. Partnership dissolved by mutual consent [3]
1844 Richard Bradley retired; replaced by John Joseph Bramah; company name became Bramah, Barrows, and Hall.
1849 Deed of dissolution of partnership, Bradley, Barrows and Hall: Between Richard Bradley of Tipton, Staffs., ironmaster, William Barrows the younger of the parish of Sedgley, Staffs., ironmaster and Joseph Hall the younger of Tipton, ironmaster, dissolving their partnership of 31 May 1841 under the style of Richard Bradley Junior and Co., the Cleveland Colliery following the agreement with the Duke of Cleveland to abandon their lease of the colliery, which could not be worked at a profit; mutual releases etc. subject to the payment of the attached account (mainly money due from Barrows and Hall and to Bradley); any deficiency to be borne by all parties equally and any surplus divided between them equally[4]
