1837 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore carried on by us the undersigned, as Manufacturing Engineers, at No. 1, Bath-place, New-road, Saint Pancras, and at the Regent's-park-basin, in the county of Middlesex, under the firm of Braithwaite, Milner, and Co., is dissolved, as from the 31st day of March last, by mutual, consent. All debts owing by or to the late firm of Braithwaite, Milner, and Co. will be paid or received by Messrs. Frederick Braithwaite and John Milner, at the same places, by whom the business will be continued, under the firm of Braithwaite and Milner. Dated the 31st day. of May 1837. Jno. Braithwaite. Geo.
