Established in 1831 by John Barnos Branckor. Continued by (1) John B. Branckor and Son, 1840; (2) John B. Branckor, Son & Co., 1861; (3) Brancker, Boxwell & Co., 1878. Present Principals: William Tanner Boxwell (since 1861), Charles Henry Brancker (1884), John Harvey Boxwell (1894), William Aspinwall Sibbald (1903), Charles Gamon (1906), Arthur Stanley Harris, (1907), and Herbert O'Connell (1909).
