'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between James Bray and Richard Duckit, carrying on business at Bradford, in the county of York, as Railway Contractors, under the firm of Bray and Duckit, was, on the 21st day of December, last, dissolved by mutual consent; and that the business will in future be carried on by the said James Bray...'[1]
