Brett's Patent Lifter Co of Harnall Lane, Coventry.

1898 The company was registered on 16 November, to take over a portion of the business of Brett's. [1]

1908 Incorporated as a Limited Company.

1914 Engineers. Specialities: all kinds of plant in connection with the drop forging industry, drop stamps for steam and electric drive, presses, furnaces for oil or coke etc.[2]

1914 - July - Address known from this date on as of Foleshill Works, Coventry.[3]

1923 Mr Bernard Brett was managing director of Bretts Patent Lifter Company and of Powell Brett.[4]
