1885 Partnership dissolved: '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Thomas Bridge, John Wootton Gill, and Henry Bridge, carrying on business as Ironmasters, at the Providence Ironworks, Spon-lane, West Bromwich, in the county of Stafford, under the style or firm of Bridge, Gill, and Bridge, has been-this day dissolved, by mutual consent, so far as regards the said John Wootton Gill. All debts due to and owing by the said firm will be received and paid by the said Thomas Bridge .and Henry Bridge, by whom the business will in future be carried on...'[1]
