Duke's Dock, Liverpool;
Albion Wharf, Wolverhampton;
Horselt Offices, Tipton; and
Great Charles Street, Birmingham.

c.1872 Purchased the Bridgewater canals and the Mersey and Irwell Navigation from the Bridgewater Trustees.

1885 the Manchester Ship Canal Co paid the Bridgewater Navigation Company £1,710,000 for all their property.
