1904 The company was registered on 13 September, to acquire the Dinas Main Colleries, Glamorganshire. [1]
1913 A proposal was made to amalgamate the collieries in the Cambrian Combine, namely the Cambrian, the Glamorgan, the Britannic, and the Naval, with D. A. Thomas in charge[2]
1923 Output 363,000 tons/year. Owned the Britannic, Dinas Main (Level), and Trane & Llewellyn mines at Gilfach Goch[3].
1929 July: Guest, Keen and Nettlefolds acquired the Cambrian, Glamorgan Colliery, Naval and Britannic Merthyr collieries from the liquidator[4]
1930 Became part of Welsh Associated Collieries
