1981 Re-registered as a public limited company.

1985 Renamed British Benzol plc

Reverse take-over of Powerscreen Ltd of Dungannon and its subsidiaries.

By 1987 the company had been transformed into a world leading manufacturer and supplier of mobile screening equipment, as well as supplying fuel through a network of filling stations, and supplied crushing plant.[2] The group was renamed Powerscreen International.
