1895 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership lately existing between us the undersigned Thomas Fuller Toovey and Howard Feeny in the business of Bicycle Manufacturers and Dealers carried on at 45 Everton-road in the city of Liverpool and Number 42 High-street Camden Town London under the style or firm of the British Cycle Manufacturing Company was dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 29th day of August 1895.
