1921.

of Longcarse Works, Alloa, Scotland

1900 The company was registered on 26 May, to establish and carry on works in Scotland for the manufacture of electrical engineering plant. [1]

1925 The company was closely associated with the Harland Engineering Co since 1919 - the two companies having a common directorate. For reasons of efficiency and economy, it was decided to undertake the whole of the work done by both companies under one name only - Harland Engineering Company. The arrangement included no changes in policy, and the individual personnel with whom clients have been in the habit of conducting negotiations continued to attend to their affairs.[2]

1938 Voluntary liquidation; all of the assets of the business were acquired by Harland Engineering Co [3]
