c.1947 Mr William Dyson had been chairman and managing director[2]

1967 Part of British Wagon Co; owned and operated a fleet of over 1000 special purpose wagons for a variety of industrial clients[3]

By 1970 was owned by UDT Group [4]

1974 The company was principally concerned with wagon-hire. UDT Group sold the company to Procor (UK) [5]

1987 Name changed to Procor (UK) Ltd, of Horbury Wagon Works, Wakefield
