British Resin Products Ltd, manufacturers of paint and other thermosetting resins, of Tonbridge, Kent.

1937 The Distillers Co purchased British Resin Products Ltd.

1950 New plant completed at Barry; operations transferred from Feltham and Tonbridge; made thermo-setting and thermo-plastic mouldings powders, paint and resins, synthetic adhesives[1].

1967 Sold to BP together with Distillers Co's other chemical interests[2].
