1842 The Brymbo Iron Co was formed to manage the Brymbo Iron Works
1842 A General Meeting of the Brymbo Iron and Coal Company was held; John Campbell, Director.[1]
From 1846 the company was managed by William Henry Darby and Charles Edward Darby, grandsons of Abraham Darby (1750-1789) of Coalbrookdale.
After their deaths in 1882 and 1884, the business was incorporated as Brymbo Steel Co in 1884.
1873 Installed a new blast furnace, and a blowing engine made by the Haigh Foundry Co.[2]
1884 The business was incorporated at the Brymbo Steel Co
1934 The business changed company name again in 1934.
