Pioneer was a motorcycle produced by J. Parsons of Car Distributors (Cardiff), from 1912 to 1914.

The specification included a 3.5hp White and Poppe sv engine and Chater-Lea-style forks. Conventional in appearance, it had direct-belt drive. The main difference was the exhaust silencer, which was fixed close to the engine's exhaust port.
