1842 Partnership change. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Charles John Carr, John Bridges, William Webster, and John Webster, under the firm of Carr, Bridges, and Websters, carrying on business at Belper, in the county of Derby, as Nail Manufacturers, was this day dissolved, by mutual consent, so far as regards the said Charles John Carr. All debts due to or owing from the said firm will be received and paid by the said John Bridges, William Webster, and John Webster, who will in future carry on the said business, under the firm of Bridges and Websters...'[1]
