  • 1898 The company was registered on 15 December, to acquire the business of manufacturers of electricity meters, dynamos etc of a company of the same name. [1]
  • 1883 registered to take over the existing firm of meter makers and electrical engineers; Arthur Chamberlain and George Hookham as directors[2].
