1902/03 Mayor of Exeter.[2]

1911 Living at Loma Loma, Heavitree Road, Exeter: Charles Edward Rowe (age 75 born St. Just), Lead Manufacturer and employer. With his daughter Edith Fanny.[3]

1914 January 11th. Died of Loma-Loma, Exeter.
