c1834 Born the son of Charles Walton

1841 Living at Mulberry Place, Hunslett, Leeds: Charles Walton (age c30), Master Machine Maker. With his wife Catherine Walton (age c25) and their two children Charles Vincent Walton (age c7) and Elizabeth (?) Walton (age 7 months).[1]

1851 Living at Meadow lane, Hunslett, Leeds: Chas Walton (age 42 born Halifax), Machine maker. With his wife Catherine Walton (age 46 born Tipperary, Ireland) and their four children; Chas Vincent Walton (age 17 born Holbeck), Machine maker; John Thos Walton (age 8 born Holbeck); Cornelius Walton (age 6 born Holbeck); and Elizth Ann Walton (age 10 born Holbeck). Also a lodger W. C. Bodley (age 19 born Exeter), Machine maker. One servant.[2]

1861 Living at 34 Meadow Road, Hunslett, Leeds: Charles Walton (age 52 born Halifax), Machine maker. With his wife Catherine Walton (age 58 born Ireland) and their four children; Charles V. Walton (age 27 born Leeds), Mechanic (Iron); Elizabeth Ann Walton (age 20 born Leeds); John T. Walton (age 18 born Leeds); and Cornelius Walton (age 16 born Leeds), in a Law Office.

1870 January 11th. Died at Leeds age 36.[3]
