Charles William Bruce (1871- )

1922 Assoc.M.Inst.C.E., A.M.I.Mech.E., M.R.San.I., Civil Engineer, Barelily-Izatnagar, United Provinces, India,; b. 1871; m. 1899 (one d.). Ed. Gordon's College, Aberdeen, Glasgow and West of Scotland Technical College. Apprenticeship with Walker and Duncan, Aberdeen. On completion joined the Glasgow and Paisley, Glasgow, Barrhead and Kilmarnock Joint Lines, 1892; Bengal and North Western Railway, India, 1896; transferred to Rohilkund and Kurmasn Railway, 1903.
