H. Yockney, M.Inst.C.E., and during his pupilage served a period in passing through the various workshops of the Monmouthshire Railway and Canal Co.; for some time an Assistant to S. H. Yockney and Son, on railway, waterworks, and other engineering works. Senior Managing Partner of the Isca Foundry and Engineering Co., Newport, Mon., and London, E.C., where he was engaged for many years in designing, constructing and carrying out engineering undertakings at home and in other countries.
