1909 Chatwood's Patent Safe and Lock Co was wound up and replaced by another company, the Chatwood Safe Co Ltd; W. Cumming Craig was chairman[1]

1914 Manufacturers of fireproof and burglar proof safes. Specialities: safes, strong rooms for banks etc., strong room doors and fittings, locks, cash and deed boxes. [2]

1922 Mr Herbert S. Bruckshaw was appointed a director of the company.[3]
