1861 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, [[Samuel Cbatwood]] and [[William Dawes]], as Manufacturers of Iron Safes, Locks, and Sewing Machines, at Bolton, in the county of Lancaster, under the firm of [[Chatwood and Dawes]], was this day dissolved by mutual consent.
