1902 Adolphe Clément left the Clement cars company to enter an arrangement with Charles Chetwynd-Talbot; they formed Clément-Talbot in Britain; Clément formed Clément-Bayard in France. The existing business was joined with Cycles et Automobiles Gladiator and renamed Société Francaise des Cycles Clément et Gladiateur Ltd.

1905 UK agents are E. H. Lancaster

1906 Produced 10-12 h.p. (two-cylinder), 12-14 h.p., 14-18 h.p., 18 h.p., 24-32 h.p. (all four models were four cylinder) and 30-40 h.p. (six-cylinder) cars. Sold in the UK through the Clement Motor Co. [1]
