1864 September 21st. Formed in the home of the first secretary Thomas Whitwell Founders were Jeremiah Head, Thomas Wrightson and Thomas Whitwell. Others present were David Joy, Thomas Howard Head, Edward Hutchinson and Alfred Clayton Hill. Forty-two members joined at this time.

1873 Jeremiah Head was President

1874 T. Wrightson was President.

1879 Thomas Whitwell was President

1880 E. Windsor Richards was President
