1929 Present Public Company formed as Combined Egyptian Mills.

1953 Name changed.

1959 Acquired refrigeration engineers F. W. Fidler and Son.[1]

1961 Engaged as spinners of fine cotton yarn and synthetic yarns also refrigerating and air conditioning engineers.[2]
