- Pear New Mill
1953 Name changed to Combined English Mills.[2]
1959 Acquired refrigeration engineers F. W. Fidler and Son.[3]
1961 Engaged as spinners of fine cotton yarn and synthetic yarns also refrigerating and air conditioning engineers.[4]
