1960 Formation of the company

1962 Factory at Brynmawr (see advert)

1962 Bought the former Stamford Commercial Mill, Ashton-under-Lyne, as an additional factory in Lancashire for expansion.[1]

1964 Factory at Wren Nest Mill, High Street West, Glossop.[2]

1968 Acquired by Vitafoam, from Cooper and Co (Birmingham).[3]
