1891 Supplier to Liverpool Electric Supply Works - see 1891 The Practical Engineer

1898 The company was voluntarily wound up; J. F. Albright was chairman[1]. Presumably there had been some connection with Crompton and Co as Albright was MD of that company at one stage.
