D. L. SCOBBIE LIMITED. At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Company, held in The Premier House, 197 Bath Street, Glasgow, on Saturday, 4th, August 1934, at 11.30 o'clock, the following Special Resolution was passed :— "That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and Mr. David L.
