Company founded by David Dutton Budworth, a Royal Navy officer, to develop and manufacture gas turbines up to 1000hp[1]

1956 Made a replica of a whale's head for a film

1972 Worldwide customers for the gas turbines

1974 Went into receivership when David Budworth died[2]

1975 The company was acquired by Noel Penny Turbines
