1960 Dawe manufactured electronics for all "branches of industry". Acquired by Simms Motor and Electronics Corporation together with Dawe's manufacturing associate L. M. K. Manufacturing Co of Brentford [3].


By 1975 was a subsidiary of Joseph Lucas (Industries) Ltd[4]
