1964 Delta Metal Co acquired Johnson and Phillips, to complement its Enfield Cables subsidiary[1] and the outstanding shares in Enfield-Standard Power Cables[2]. With Enfield Rolling Mills, these formed the E.R.M. Division of Delta Group.
