Denis Ferranti Ltd, of Bangor

1951 Denis Ferranti, son of Sebastian Ziani de Ferranti, set up Denis Ferranti Meters to make electricity meters in competition with Ferranti Ltd.

1968 Supplied in-core measuring equipment and transformers for the Winfrith power station [1]

c. 1970 Mark Ziani de Ferranti, of the third generation of the family, became Chairman and Managing Director of the company.

2013 James Ziani de Ferranti, the fourth generation, was General Manager.
