1900 A private limited company acquired the business.

1906 Private company was reconstituted with a capital of £300,000.

1914 Timber importers and merchants. Speciality: all timber employed by railway rolling stock and naval constructors and by large contractors; does very extensive business as teak, mahogany, hardwood and general timber importers and merchants; also general export business to Siam and South Africa.
