1840 The Dispensary moved to its present location on the corner of Queen Street and Northernhay Street
1851 Resident was James Gilbard (age 30 born Exeter), Resident Dispenser. With his mother and sister.[1]
1861 Resident was James Gilbard (age 40 born Exeter), Dispenser of Medicine. With his wife and MIL.[2]
