1967 Name changed to Dudley Coles Long Ltd

1970 Name changed to Dudley Coles Ltd

1985 Parent Bath and Portland Group were acquired by Consolidated Gold Fields

1989 Hanson acquired Consolidated Gold Fields; Dudley Coles became part of Amey Roadstone Construction

1992 Part of the new Kier Group when this bought itself out of Hanson
