1908 Partnership change. '... us the undersigned, Edward Schofield and Fred Woods, carrying on business as Flock Cleaners and Manufacturers, and Cycle and Motor Engineers, at Common Edge, Marton, Blackpool, and Bull-street, Poulton-le-Fylde, both in the county of Lancaster, under the style or firm of the ECLIPSE FLOCK CLEANING AND MANUFACTURING COMPANY and the ECLIPSE MOTOR AND CYCLE WORKS, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of August, 1908. All debts due and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Edward Schofield, by whom the said businesses will be continued, at Marton aforesaid...'[1]
