EDMUND HENRY TUCK, born at Newton Abbot on the 12th December, 1857, died at Ascot on the 12th February, 1910.
After gaining a fellowship of Coopers Hill College, he proceeded in 1879 to India, where he was employed for 15 years on railway construction and maintenance, chiefly on the Punjab Northern, Sind-Peshin and Umballa-Kalka lines.
After his return to England, in 1894, he studied for and entered the Church, being ordained in 1900.
Mr. Tuck was elected an Associate Member of The Institution on the 4th December, 1883.
