EDWIN RICHARDS died at his residence, Llysbrechfa, Caerleon, Mon., on January 11, 1916, at the age of eighty-seven. He was a brother of Mr. E. Windsor Richards, and until a few years ago was intimately associated with the coal and iron trades of Wales, being connected with the Tredegar Iron and Coal Co., Ltd., Rhymney Iron and Coal Co., Ltd., and the Ebbw Vale Steel and Iron Coal Co., Ltd.
He was also managing director of the Caldecot Tinplate Co., Ltd.
He was an original member of the Iron and Steel Institute.
