Edwin William Matthews (1895-1979) of E. W. Matthews and Co

1895 May 08th. Born the son of Edwin Robert Matthews.

1911 Living at 30 Cruden St, St Peters St, Islington: Edwin Robert Matthews (age 46 born Islington), Game Fitter - Athletics. With his wife Florence Matthews (age 41 born Islington), Book Folder - printing, and their son Edwin William Matthews (age 15 born Islington), Clerk - Motor. Also his MIL Louisa Lander (age 65 born Sidford, Devon). Office Cleaner.[1]

1916-18 Royal Navy Air Service

1927 September 17th. Married at Kensington to Mabel May Price. He is shown as a company director.

1939 Living at 26 Kenton Lane, Harrow, Managing Director of Co Supplying Aircraft Metal (or Material). With Mabel (born 1895) and Ken E. J. P. (born 1930).[2]
