  • 1899 The company was registered on 24 February. [1]
  • 1911 Electrical Exhibition. Enclosed ventilated motors from 1 hp to 30 hp and a steam set for lighting on a ship. [2]
  • 1920 September. Exhibited at the Machine Tool and Engineering Exhibition at Olympia with motors for machine tool driving. [3]
