1875 Born the son of John Turner Hopwood of Ketton Hall, Stamford, a Landowner, politician and barrister, and his wife Mary Augusta

1905 Married in Kingston to Constance Marion Adam

1911 Living in Weston in Arden, Nuneaton: Ernest Hopwood (age 36 born London), Managing Director - Wolseley Tool and Motor Car Company. With his wife Katherine Adam (age 26 born Cleish, Kinrosshire) and their son John Adam Hopwood (age 1 born Barford, Wks.). Two visitors. Eight servants.[1]

1929 September 15th. Died.
